You want to "publish" your Flash sites to turn them in. We do this by selecting File> Publish Settings and then selecting one new file to publish your HTML and SWF files into. Then click Publish. BAM -> you now have a folder containing an html file, a swf movie, and a javascript file linking the two. You can now edit the html file to change background color, center your movie, title your page, etc.
